We are a group of companies pushing the boundaries of education, health and social care by providing bespoke, personalised services, including digital and finance solutions for school-age students who have learning disabilities and additional complex support needs, especially those whose behaviour challenges conventional services.
We embrace modern technology and have invested heavily in developing new apps that build on two of the most powerful models of service support available in the 21st century. Our Active Support App, the very first on the market, helps service users and staff to plan, implement, and monitor, opportunities for engaging meaningfully in activities of everyday life at home and when out and about. Enhancements will include approaches to help staff teach skills to adults with learning disabilities, and address challenging behaviour within the framework of Positive Behavioural Support.
We are developing our Abbey School Model APP for staff working in special education settings. We expect this app to revolutionise the way special education is planned, delivered, and evaluated in schools and in colleges across the UK, and beyond.
We do provide specialist services to adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex care and health needs to include but not limited to supported living, state of the art emergency/respite services, day centres, award winning housing, transition to adult services and workforce development. We value our staff equally, and are proud to pay the living wage, and have no zero-hour contracts.
Our Mission: to provide the best education possible for children with exceptional needs. Our Values: to respect, empower, and enable pupils, service users, their families, and their communities. Our mission and values drive us to develop bespoke, personalised care solutions for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex care/health needs.
We aim for the very top and to be the very best in what we do. We create and promote opportunities for improving the quality of life of people with learning disabilities by investing in technology and research, working in partnership with leading universities, local councils, health authorities and central government. We work exclusively with an innovative finance company, which enables us to address the support needs of people with learning disabilities across the lifespan, with the overarching aim of enhancing the quality of every lived experience at home and in the community. The overall philosophy of the Group is one of enablement.
